We’re the same
But not equal.
Let’s change this.

As Aotearoa’s only philanthropic funding body led by and for disabled people, Spectrum Foundation’s vision is:

An Aotearoa in which all disabled people have equal opportunity to live good lives.

To make this happen, we fund projects that support disabled people and their whānau. To date, we have funded 28 projects, totalling more than $1.5M.

With decades of experience in the disability support sector, we know there are gaps in terms of who and what receives funding. We are working to fill these gaps, focusing on four key priorities: wellbeing, housing, education, and employment.
